You Are Tillersoned
Most people know that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has been fired by U.S. President Donald Trump.
__________________________________________________
Firing people is what Donald Trump good at. Before and after he became the U.S. President, he has been firing many people one after another. When you heard the name Trump, someone would be dumped.
__________________________________________________
In this case, Rex’s last name ‘Tillerson’ has become a verb. If someone is dumped or fired, you can say that he or she has been ‘tillersoned’. Rex, I’m sorry that you have been ‘tillersoned’!

CNN is Anti- Trump
A friend from Hong Kong was on holiday and said he enjoyed watching CNN news about Donald Trump in his hotel room. This friend in Asia has a very negative view about President Trump. I gave him my thoughts and comments about T.V. News in the U.S.:
..........................................................................................................................
CNN is pro Democrats. Fox News is pro Republicans. American news media have long lost their neutrality or balanced news reporting. They have become non-stop political debate and propaganda. CNN is anti-Trump before, during and after the election. Oh America !!!

Trump Reality Show
With Donald Trump being the President of the United States (POTUS), the whole country has become a dramatic reality show in real life, not just on T.V.
Do you agree that the United States is not a very united country at the present? Do you agree that the people in power and out of power, the elites, the common people and the media in the U.S. have all become very divisive? How can the United States of America be great again if it continues to be so divisive? Something serious to think about.

The Trump Tsai Phone Conversation
In the news, Tsai Ing-wen, the pro-independence president of Taiwan had a phone conversation with Donald Trump, the president elect of the United States of America. Needless to say, it has stirred up much controversy and debate in the world.
My opinion is that president Tsai is playing a dangerous game. The chance that she'll win and make Taiwan separate from China and become truly independent is 1%. The chance that she'll lose is 99%.
Nobody can change the One China reality, not Taiwan, not the U.S., not the U.N. where China has the veto power in the Security Council Permanent Membership. In any case, I'm all for peace. No violence, No killing, No war !

Trump or Clinton - Who Is Worse?
I don't take side with Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. Neither is a
good candidate. Anyway, I am a Canadian, so I can't even vote. But here
is the truth: private women talks about men are not always super clean
either.
Trump is a man of bad words, but Clinton is a woman of bad actions. Trump's bad words didn't cause any death, but Clinton's bad actions (for example in Iraq, Libya and other places) did cause the death of many. If I were American, I would vote Bernie Sanders. Unfortunately, he was forced out by the powerful Clinton force and NDC.
It is a sad political situation in America, that you don't try to choose who is better, but to avoid who is worse. Who is worse? You decide. Good luck !

US Political Drama
Former US Assistant Secretary of Treasury, Paul Craig Roberts, said that Clinton
is too valuable to the powerful interest groups that she serves to be indicted.
No matter what she does, like her e-mail fiasco, or arming jihadists in Syria,
including the Islamic State to fight President Assad, she just won't be
indicted.
Rumours said Donald Trump might drop out of the race, but I doubt he would. Suppose Hillary won the election in November, what if Donald Trump would not concede, or even take legal action to sue Hillary and who-knows-whom, that the election was rigged and a fraud?
Is it wrong to say that the US political drama is more than crazy right now?

Clinton E-Mail
Just finished watching a news video in Youtube. It says the US State
Department won't release Hillary Clinton's e-mail documents until after the
election in November 2016. They will be released in December.
My thoughts and comments:
I think there is some political implication regarding the delay of releasing Hillary's e-mail. If she won the election and became the President of the United States, this whole e-mail scandal thing would just go away. She would not be indicted. But if she lost, she may have to face the music.
It is something so basic that Hillary Clinton should be presumed guilty until proven innocent: a government worker should never use his or her own private e-mail to conduct government business. Especially for Hillary in her high office as the Secretary of State, what is her excuse or defense really? Not to mention that she has her own private server. Using her own private e-mail and server to conduct government business as the Secretary of State? Think about it. It seems clear that she has broken the law.
My opinion is that Hillary's running for the President's office is about herself, to seek power and prestige as the first female President, while Bernie Sanders' running is not about himself but the American people. Interesting time in America !

Donald Trump is Winning
Ted Cruz has dropped out after Donald Trump won the Republican primary in Indiana.
This is my guess only. I could be wrong:
If it is Donald Trump vs Hillary Clinton, Donald will win.
If it is Donald Trump vs Bernie Sanders, Bernie will win.
Interesting time in America !

Ted Cruz
Ted Cruz has named Carly Fiorina as his vice-president running mate.
I watched him talk. Forgive me, but I felt like listening to a slick evangelist preaching a sermon. Only it was a political sermon, not a religious sermon. The political sermon was Ted's over-the-top praising of Carly. There was nothing wrong in the praising itself. The problem was that he over-did it or delivered his speech in a strange way. That was how I felt anyway. Somehow it sounded like Carly was running for the president's office, while Ted was her vice-president candidate praising her.
If you are allowed to use only one word to describe the speeches of these candidates, what would it be? Here are mine:
Bernie Sanders: sincere.
Hillary Clinton: hypocritical.
Donald Trump: blunt.
Ted Cruz: slick.
If I were an American, I would give my vote to Bernie Sanders. However, the political reality is that we'll probably end up with Hillary or Donald as the next U.S. President. Let's wait and see !

Chris Christie for Vice President?
It was painful to watch Chris Christie stand quietly behind Donald Trump like a little school boy being punished. It just didn't look right. It looked really bad. In spite of Chris Christie 's pro-Trump endorsement, Donald told him to go home.
Chris Christie has completely lost his integrity and credibility. I should say that he gave it all up himself, but for what? To dream of becoming vice-president? What a big embarrassment to the people of New Jersey!

Chinese Handshake
Breaking news indeed ! Chinese President Xi Jinping and Taiwan's
leader Ma Ying-jeou met in Singapore
on Saturday November 7, 2015.
They shook hands for one minute and twenty seconds. That was a very long
handshake. Would you do it with a friend and see how it feels, to shake hands
for that long ? Though Xi and Ma's handshake was only a symbolic handshake for
peace, it was a very important handshake. As I said in the past, and now again,
that shaking hands is always better than shooting bullets and dropping
bombs.
This meeting of Xi and Ma, the top leaders from both sides
of the strait, was the first since 1949. During the historic meeting, the two
sides exchanged views on promoting the peaceful development of cross-strait
relations. Zhang Zhijun, the head of China's
Taiwan affairs,
said the meeting was a milestone event achieved
through the constant efforts from people across the strait.
My thoughts and comments:
China (People's Republic of China) and Taiwan (Republic of China) are made of the same Chinese people
with the same language, culture, ethnicity, race, heritage, history and
commonality. They are separate only because of a civil war in the 1940s and the
political difference in their forms of government. They are sort of like being
separated, but not legally divorced. There is no divorce, but there is no
reconciliation either. So Taiwan currently is not an independent country (although it
operates just like one), but it is not part of Chinese sovereignty either
(although China continues to claim the sovereignty and treat Taiwan as a renegade province).
Not that I think China and
Taiwan will be unified soon, but I can say with confidence that those Taiwanese
who think they are not Chinese, and want Taiwan to become fully independent are
out of their mind. Taiwanese are Chinese, but Chinese are not necessarily
Taiwanese. This simple fact would not be easy for the independence-seeking
Taiwanese to refute. Besides, China is many times stronger than Taiwan economically, politically and militarily. Taiwan would be really stupid and self-defeating to fight with China.
Who wants to bet on my belief
that Taiwan cannot and will not become a fully independent country? Let's
face it: there is only one China. Nobody can change the One-China Policy, not even the
UN. The only 2 options left is either for Taiwan to remain status quo, or
become a highly autonomous region of China, based on the 1 country 2 systems
model, sort of like Hong Kong and Macao. It would be very interesting to keep
watching what will happen in the next 30 years or so.

Xi Will See The Queen
Chinese President Xi Jinping will be visiting the U.K. for 5 days next
week from October 19 (Mon), 2015 at the invitation of Queen Elizabeth The
Second. Wonder what kind of food will be served at the state dinner in
Buckingham Palace?! I have no idea of any famous British dish.
Certainly, it won't be Fish and Chips.

Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to the United States
from Sept. 22 to 25 at the invitation of U.S. President Barack Obama. I
said this before, and now again, that China needs the U.S. and the U.S.
needs China. The world needs both. Please take the advice of Jimmy
Carter: respect each other. Please talk Peace, Protection, and

American War And Peace
There are many dark forces in this world, including the war
hawks and neo-cons in America.
These warmongers want war, not peace. The U.S. Military Industrial Complex needs
to constantly create enemies and conflicts, in order to keep the hugely
profitable war business going.
So many conflicts and wars, even terrorists, can be traced
back to the root cause of U.S.
interventionism. It is a horrific cycle of cause and effect. You may call it negative
karma or bad blowback. But hell the warmongers just don't care. It is great for
U.S.world dominance and the American war business. Gerald Celente, a renowned
American financial commentator and trend forecaster
said, "The business of America is war. The business of China is business."
Don't envy the job of the U.S. president. As the U.S. president, you may want peace, but there are powerful
dark forces in America which keep pushing you to go to war, to make troubles and invade other countries,
to divide and conquer and drop some bombs, to orchestrate foreign regime changes,
and to fight the terrorists whom Uncle Sam created in the first place. In
short, it doesn't matter who fight whom, as long as there are war-game players
in action, to keep the hugely profitable American war business going!
Sadly, there are people in this
world who actually want war, not peace. These dark forces are internal and external,
and the U.S. president must deal with them both.
Obama has re-established
diplomatic relations with Cuba, and has succeeded in signing a nuclear peace deal with Iran. There are at least a few more things that he should do,
in order to earn his Nobel Peace Prize received in advance:
Close the Guantanamo Bay
Detention Camp as promised, and better still, return
the lands to Cuba.
Stop sending drones to kill
people, including American citizens who are presumed but not proven terrorists,
which will otherwise cause the continued death of more civilians and innocent
people.
Reform the racist and corrupted
judicial, police, and prison systems in America.
Stop unlimited spying activities
on American citizens, your own countrymen, and your allies.
Reduce or take the big money out
of American politics. Current lobbying and unlimited donations allowed is a ' buy
out the politicians ' program. It is nothing but legalized corruption.
Peace!

Obama and Nobel Peace Prize (2)
On September 7, 2013, I wrote about Obama and the Nobel Peace Prize given to him in advance. Now that he has re-established U.S. diplomatic relationship with Cuba, and succeeded in the U.S. Iran nuclear deal, I think he
should be allowed to keep the Nobel Peace Prize. But has he fully earned
it yet, what do you think?
