How Long Can We Live ?

How long can we live ? Can we extend human life to 150 years? 1000 years? or even forever? A cynic would say that you are crazy to believe that you can really live that long, let alone forever. Well, I am one of these 'crazy' people.

However, I believe longevity and eventually immortality would be achieved through advanced science and bio-technology, not by waving a magic wand. It would be a 'scientific miracle', not a 'religious miracle'. 

Now, believe it or not, it was recorded that there was a man Li Ching-Yuen in China, who was born in 1677 and died in 1933. He lived 256 years. In the Old Testament, it was recorded that there were people who lived more than 900 years ( for example, Adam at 930 years, and Methuselah at 969 years ). 

Do you believe in Science or Religion, or both ? Do you believe that we can stay young and healthy for a very long time, and that it is no longer a pipe dream?

Back to Reality

After a vacation, people would say "Oh, back to reality." They mean they have to return to work. I would say it before a vacation, not after,"Woo Who, back to reality". If you have the choice, would you rather play than work ? What kind of reality would you like to live in ?

Door of Freedom

Maybe the door of freedom is right in front of you, but you lack courage to open it and step out, because you get used to the comfortable prison where you have lived for too long.

Rejoice

Rejoice, they are all dead and you are still alive !

Belief

Some people are against your belief not because they know you are wrong, but rather they are skeptical that you are right.

These people don't know what to believe, or they are just as doubtful in their own belief. They demand evidence from you to show that you are right, but they have no evidence to prove that your are wrong.

Therefore, live and let live. Choose your own path, and let others choose theirs.

It seems to be the best and most profound, if treated as the first and last. Waking dreams are better than sleeping dreams !!!
